SURFACE PREPARATION

Remove oil, grease or food fats by using a commercial degreasing compound or solvent. Ensure the surface properly clean to establish a strong bond between the resinous flooring and concrete. Old concrete surface must be structurally sound. Remove existing paint, scale and loose concrete by rough sanding and chemicals.

PRIMER - MASTERPAV Resin Primer EP100

Stir Part A Resin Primer EP100 content thoroughly, then add the entire content of Part B into Part A container and mix till homogeneous. Apply EP100 evenly over the clean and dry surface with a roller or a brush.

APPLICATION - MASTERPAV Resin Binder EP800

Stir Part A Resin Binder EP800 content thoroughly, then add the entire content of Part B into Part A container and mix till homogeneous. Add pebbles in the mixture, blend till homogeneous. Installation of MASTERPAV Resin Pebbles by using a non rusty trowel. Properly compact the pebbles during installation to avoid uneven finishing. Leave it to completely dry. Screed any high spots until smooth and even. Special attention must be taken to ensure mixed materials are poured out from container as soon as after mixed to prevent excessive heating during the chemical reaction within the container.

SEALER APPLICATION

Allow the system to set and dry (normally in 24 hours) & apply additional 2 coats of MASTERPAV Polyurethane Coating PU610 by roller or brush. Allow first coat to dry before applying the 2nd coat. After sealing it is recommended that the sealer surface shall be protected from traffic.
