SURFACE PREPARATION

Prepare and lay the fresh concrete as per requirements. Note that the concrete must be a minimum of G25 or compressive strength of 25 N/mm².

Deposit the concrete between previously placed. Move concrete into place with shovels. Vibrators when used shall be inserted vertically to consolidate the concrete. Immediately behind the screeding operation, the concrete is further leveled and consolidated with a bull float.

APPLICATION - M300 (Non-colour)

Dry shake the M300 evenly over the surface. The dry shake materials will absorb some moisture from the freshly prepared concrete and should then be thoroughly floated into the surface, preferably by a bull float. Do not over trowel initial stage of concrete placement. Bleed water will cause color variations.

APPLICATION - O-Ring mould

After the concrete has reached a point where little excess moisture shows at the surface, but while still plastic throughout, the O-Ring is applied evenly to the surface. Using a reference line begin placing the O-Ring tools along the reference line moving in any convenient direction. Press the O-Ring tools into the wet concrete, using no more force that is necessary. Repeat the process by placing the second O-Ring tools next to the first while taking care that the O-Ring tools are kept tight together until firmly in place. Repeat the process using as many O-Ring tools are in hand and continue picking up and placing the O-Ring tools one after another. The next day, recheck the work and do any touch up that may be required. The work done shall be left to cured for 1 to 2 days.

CURING - CM80

Upon completion, apply 1 coat of MASTERPAV Curing Compound (CM80).
