Polyurethane Top Coat 

MASTERPAV PU Top Coat PU610 is a two-component aliphatic polyester polyurethane coating. This polyurethane top coat provides outstanding gloss retention and superior hardness with abrasion and durability. This system has excellent UV resistant with non-yellowing performance. It is recommended as a finish coating for interior and exterior application of MASTERPAV Zenstone Resin finishing and any type of concrete floor.
Ideal as a topcoat for any decorative flooring such as MASTERPAV Zenstone Resin system and MASTERPAV Polymer Resurfacing. MASTERPAV PU610 is also suitable for timber surfaces.

Instruction for Use

SURFACE PREPARATION
The surface to be coated must be thoroughly cleaned and degreased to ensure that oil, grease and other surface contaminants are removed. The surface preparation method could be varied for different types of surfaces, to ensure the right method, consult the manufacturer for more details.

MIXING
Stir Part A content thoroughly, then add the entire content of Part B into Part A container and stir until homogeneous.

APPLICATION
MASTERPAV PU610 can be applied by brush, roller or spray equipment. Ensure that sufficient material is applied evenly to the entire surfaces. For application in an enclosed area, provide sufficient ventilation to ensure proper drying of applied materials.

CURING
The rate of curing is dependent on environmental conditions and surrounding temperature.
Provide good ventilation during and after application to ensure proper and speed curing.
