SURFACE PREPARATION

The surface to be coated must be thoroughly cleaned and degreased to ensure that oil, grease and other surface contaminants are removed. The surface preparation method could be varied for different types of surfaces, to ensure the right method, consult the manufacturer for more details.

MIXING

Add the entire content of Part B into Part A container and stir until homogeneous.

APPLICATION

MASTERPAV HS30 can be applied by brush or short hair roller. Ensure that sufficient material is applied evenly and thinly to the entire surfaces. For application in an enclosed area, provide sufficient ventilation to ensure proper drying of applied materials.

After 4 hours or when the first coat has dried, apply the 2nd coat with similar procedure.

CURRING:

The rate of curing is dependent on environmental conditions and surrounding temperature.

Provide good ventilation during and after application to ensure proper and speed curing.
