SURFACE PREPARATION

The cracks line must be clean, dry and be free from any excess adhesive or foreign materials which could affect the adhesion. It may be necessary to rake excess adhesives from the cracks line to ensure a maximum, uniform grout joint depth is achieved. Any paint should be removed as most paint will be affected by the solvent vehicle and tends to wrinkle or partially dissolve. Any algae, mildew or mold should be killed and removed by the used of an approved product.

APPLICATION - EP501

Open Part B and thoroughly stir to eliminate settling. Mix the content of Part B into Part A and stir until homogeneous. 

Applied by roller or brush. Ensure that a sufficient material is applied evenly over the entire surface to ensure maximum penetration. For application in enclosed areas, provide sufficient ventilation to ensure proper drying of the applied materials.

APPLICATION - CP9

MASTERPAV CRP Powder (CP9) is designed to mix with clean water. Stir until become homogeneous paste free of lumps. The material is then applied using a special tool to fill in the crack line. Application is done until close to the existing color and texture. Tools and containers shall be cleaned with water while the material is still soft.

SEALING

After the floor is dried, apply MASTERPAV Acrylic Sealer for a high gloss, gloss, semi-gloss or matte finishing.
